At the Employment Solicitor we do things a little bit differently. We are far from a traditional law firm and our talented Brand Manager leads the way here. Our belief in the brand and desire to breakdown barriers means we need our employees to be forward thinking like us.

The following attributes are essential; you must be:

  • Positive and flexible;
  • Passionate and dedicated;
  • Energetic with a sense of humour;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

We will consider all applicants; we understand that it is more important to get the right person rather than to obsess over the level of experience a person has.

Our only requirements being that you have, or expect to gain, a 2:1 or above in your law degree, you chose employment law as a module (if this was an option for you) and that you live within a commutable distance to Worcester.
